Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
The rules for using Frameshard, written as plainly as we can.
01Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Frameshard on the web or in the mobile app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
02Who can use Frameshard
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services where you live if that is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
03Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
- Usernames that impersonate someone else or infringe a trademark may be changed or removed.
04What you post
Stamps, posters, comments, poll options, profile details and photos you add are your content. You keep ownership of it.
So that we can run the service, you give Frameshard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, format and distribute your content on Frameshard and in previews of it (for example link previews and search results). This licence ends when the content is removed, except where others have already replied to it or we must keep it for legal reasons.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, and that it doesn’t break these terms or the law.
05Community rules
Talk about films, series and topics in your own words. Don’t post:
- Material you don’t have the rights to — full scripts, subtitle files, long transcripts, leaked footage, or other people’s artwork and photos.
- Links to pirated copies of films or shows, or instructions for getting them.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
- Other people’s private information.
- Spam, scams, or content meant to mislead.
- Major reveals outside a Plot Twist stamp — use the spoiler wall so others can choose.
Don’t try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or get around the security of the service.
06Copyright and content removal
Frameshard is not affiliated with any studio, network or distributor. Titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same.
If you own content that was posted here without permission, send a content removal request or email [email protected]. Please include a link to the content, a description of the work you own, and your contact details. We review requests, usually within 72 hours, and remove content that infringes.
Repeat infringers: accounts that are the subject of repeated valid removal requests will be suspended or closed.
07Moderation
We may remove content or limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. You can report stamps, comments, posters and profiles from their menus or via Report an issue. If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected].
08Grievance Officer
Complaints about content or accounts on Frameshard, including under India’s IT Rules 2021, go to our Grievance Officer.
Grievance Officer
Email: [email protected]
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
09Our service
The Frameshard name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the service, at any time.
10Leaving Frameshard
You can stop using Frameshard whenever you like. To delete your account and the content linked to it, use Delete account in Settings, or email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Replies other people made to your stamps stay up, but will no longer show your content. Posters you created stay up if other people have stamped them.
11Disclaimers and liability
Frameshard is provided “as is”. Content on it is written by users and reflects their views, not ours. We don’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Frameshard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using Frameshard after a change means you accept the new terms.
